Hi, I’m Jeffrey.

My mission is to help those around me connect to compassion and heal from trauma.

I build a safe space suited to your individual identity so that the trust you need is established and healing can happen. I believe deeply in relationships as the road to healing.

I practice techniques, such as EMDR and Brainspotting, that will get you “out of your head” and into your body, where trauma lives and emotions can be fully experienced. We can’t think or talk our way out of so much of our biggest pain.

Through our work, you’ll learn to exercise compassion toward yourself and others, know who your best self is, and move out from under the weight of past traumas. You’ll move into a present of progress and growth.
